When it's wet you don't really have any fun here, you just lose time and nerves, because if only 1/4 of what I step on lands on the ground and I'm immediately soaked when it comes into contact with the ground, as long as you're not wearing boots, that's it not that fun. But if you have enough time and wear waterproof shoes, you can also have fun here with a mountain bike, especially in the places where there are two very steep descents on the mud, especially near the end.

For me as a beginner and for the first time in the Deister under the weather conditions, this is a challenge enough for now. It was very muddy / slippery in some places. The wide path also helped me to evade and look for the best route. If the path is drier, you can certainly drive here at a higher speed than today. In any case, it was a lot of fun despite the mud battle and was a nice tour for my birthday.

So it's actually not a real single trail. It's way too wide for that. Isn't demanding at all. There are also some hikers on the way here

In wet weather, you can have a lot of fun with your mountain bike here.

Great quarry. If you are lucky and have patience you can also see yellow-bellied toads here. In general, many protected species can be found here. Please do not leave any garbage or drive through every pond without a mind.

Like the eponymous song of the Stone Temple Pilots, this trail rocks quite a bit! It starts somewhere in nowhere not far from the Devil's Bridge. A small stone tower (see picture) with 6 or 7 stones marks the beginning. First, the trail, which was milled by some shredders, over soft forest floor. At an intersection, turn right and come to a large stone tower, with many more stones over. Here you take on more speed and then rushes through a piece of beech forest on the Stutzberg added. Here are, besides the trail, also many DH features. Some of them are responsible for the further course of the trail. Unfortunately, a section is completely blocked by fallen trees, so instead you have to pass directly on the Cecilienhöhe and a forest hut and then continue down the mountain. Now Berms, Kicker and Gap Jumps are waiting for you. Parallel and easy to confuse runs a simple forest road to the trail ... nice, but with less action. The trail is 1ste cream! If you like, you can also take alternative lines from the Stutzberg and drop off a few more DH elements with meter-high drops and big jumps! Have fun!
