A nice trail of mine, but not officially designated. It was actually a hiking trail converted into a downhill trail. If you meet hikers with children there, don't be surprised if things get a little rough.

Also suitable for graveling 🚀

Hammer steep section! I wouldn't have expected that at this point. The whole trail is nice and flowing and then it's super hard downhill.🤘

After the steep descent there is a slight change of direction!

The communications tower Barsinghausen (internal: radio transmission point Barsinghausen 2) is a 150 meter high communications tower of Deutsche Funkturm. It is located on the 361 meter high Great Neck within the Deister and was put into operation in 1969. Structurally, it is an FMT 2 type tower. For me as a beginner and for the first time in the Deister under the weather conditions, this is a challenge enough for now. It was very muddy / slippery in some places. The wide path also helped me to evade and look for the best route. If the path is drier, you can certainly drive here at a higher speed than today. In any case, it was a lot of fun despite the mud battle and was a nice tour for my birthday.

There are great trails to discover around the tower. Respect rules! Love trails!
