I only rode the first part of the trail, or rather, I mostly pushed and climbed. Definitely not for amateur mountain bikers who ride occasionally. Technique and skill, and especially appropriate protectors and a helmet, are a must... I got off at the first intersection and took the forest highway...

Kulmbach has now made a name for itself, the trail is one of its trademarks. Very beautifully built.

10/26/24: Forestry work is currently taking place in the lower part, so it is no longer easily accessible. The upper part is still OK, though!
