Designed by world-renowned architect Mario Botta, with paintings by Enzo Cucchi, it is a masterpiece of contemporary architecture. The church is easily accessible by cable car. A dirt road is accessible, and circular tours are only possible with mountain bikes for descents on the other side.

One of our favorite hikes in Ticino! Scenic driveway with the post bus from Magadino. Short climb from the Alpe di Neggia (unfortunately closed), magnificent view from Monte Gambarogno and a beautiful, comfortable descent to Alpe Cedullo (be sure to stop off). Mostly through Buchenwald down to Indemini and with the post bus (note the timetable!) back to Magadino.
