Very demanding route. Not necessarily suitable for beginners. You should have both hands firmly on the handlebars. Lots of climbs but also fast descents. Not to forget the small river crossings. You can ride through or jump over them, but in an emergency it's better to dismount for a short time and arrive safely. Perfect for MTBs. Have a good trip everyone 🚵‍♂️
