A beautiful, narrow, natural trail located directly on the Rhine and below the railway between Hammerstein and Leutesdorf. Especially after extended periods of rain or thaws, it can be a bit muddy... In the summer, the path is a bit more overgrown... - but with appropriate clothing, it's easily manageable. We were here in the fall and simply loved the changing foliage, walking in wonderful peace and quiet, and enjoying the Rhine panorama. 💚Every stressed soul can truly find peace here 💚. The path is freely passable from above - but the path is sometimes difficult to guess. There are a few trees across the way. The wet weather has hit many places badly, so mud milling and hoping not to get stuck is the order of the day. In the lower part of the valley, when the path widens, everything has been destroyed by timber work - it's like a military training area after a NATO manoeuvre. Nevertheless, the trail has a lot of potential and is fun. Hopefully the lower, actually boring part of the "forest road" will be properly repaired. Last driven by me at the beginning of February 22.

Nice long single trail through the Keltenbachtal. Unfortunately, the exit to the Weiershof is blocked by a forest break at the top. You have to push up 50 m across the forest to get back on the path.
