The forest area in Bremerhagen invites you to explore with a nature trail and many events. Aside from this, there are numerous forest paths in different conditions that can either be cycled or walked on. Wild boars have severely disturbed the paths in remote areas.

The megalithic tombs are not directly on the route but a bit up the field path when you come out of the forest and turn right instead of left to Sassen. They are part of a larger burial ground around Sassen of around 30 large stone tombs that are still preserved.
