The path over the Osterberg offers a quiet hike with changing natural scenery

Despite its 58 m height, the Osterberg hardly stands out from the rest of the landscape. And yet the small elevation is enough to at least get a nice view of the town of Fintel.

It feels like somewhere in the middle of nowhere is this very well-kept boulder in the middle of a field, with no special access. There are small signs and a board along the way that refer to the three-circle stone and its meaning, but you should take a close look. I've been there twice already. Once in the spring on my bike, the whole meadow was under water, and in the summer my feet were dry. Seating and a table to pause are provided.

From a breathtaking height of 58 meters you have a great all-round view.

Small-scale with wild, unspoilt vegetation, the Osterberg offers beautiful views of the Fintel meadow landscape. Also nice for children to browse a bit in nature, although the risk of getting lost is rather small due to the small size.
