The hiking tour on the Aartalsee with the nature reserve extends over approx. 7.5 kilometers. It is very scenic.

Nice resting place with a wonderful overview of the nature reserve of the Aartalsee. Benches and table available, with nicely designed information boards.

From the slightly elevated point on the shore you have a good view of the islands in the protected part of the lake, where many birds can be seen. Information boards provide information about migratory and breeding birds. Table and benches are also available here.
