In this idyllic spot is the source of the Lahn, which is hidden in a pond. Right next door is the forester's lodge and a few meters further along the road is a second country inn. You can stop and spend the night in both.

The loop around the lake is ok and can be driven very well. The lake itself is currently heavily algae, not so good to look at.
