This time we visited in spring and it has leaves again, which makes it a lot more impressive.

The Roman tombs… a nice resting place

The Raab River originates in Styria and flows into the Danube in Hungary. Its source streams are north of Passail, at the foot of the Osser, in the Almenland Nature Park, south of the Teichalm. It flows first in a south-easterly direction, then in an easterly direction. The source of the Raa is even marked and labeled. The Raab source can be easily reached from Passail, a community in the district of Weiz, on the Raab origin circular route.

The largest public park in Szentgotthárd. The Burggarten, which has many rare plants, consists of an English park and a baroque garden.
