The Scheiblingstein Trail, with its constant uphill and downhill sections, isn't a classic downhill trail. It can be quite strenuous, especially towards Sophienalpe. It's essentially a hiking trail with a few roots and, above all, a lot of mud. I don't know the route in dry conditions... There are no technical challenges, so it's no problem for beginners either.

A beautiful section of the route, part of several official mountain bike trails. No technical issues, but a steady, gentle climb that becomes a bit steeper towards the end.

Forest road, more interesting in the upper third.

The uphill to the trail park runs along this forest road at a passable gradient. Somewhat unusual for a forest road are the large stones in the surface, which make it more strenuous...

The Trailpark Weidlingbach is a mountain bike park, specially designed with different routes for beginners and experienced riders. It offers various flow and fun lines through the forest.

The difficulty level is low and there is shelter almost the entire way, which means a welcome cooling downhill in mid-summer.

It's only a forest road, but the surface is sometimes uncomfortably coarse-grained.
