A large mountain bike park with lift access and many trails. Mostly downhill oriented with lots of rocks and roots and line choices. Very fast but no high risk features or big air. Some beginner trails and a skill up area. A restaurant, bike and gear rental is available.

Even though this trail is marked as red beginners will be able to ride it after half a day of practice on the green course. It is perfectly shaped and has tremendous flow. But be careful, it also features two tabletops and two berms that are perilously close to the abyss. However, if you go to fast, a safety net will catch your fall.

Central Alps Mountain Bike Trail is Japan's best beginner flow trail. Green Day is the easiest section. It has been build and shaped by Trail-Cutter and thus is super flowy and fun to ride. It is a great spot for beginners and kids. You can also rent mountain bikes for children in two sizes. There is also a camping ground mini golf and some other facilities close by.
