The Lazy Hunter is an impressive boulder on the cliff path.

This section of the cliff path now leads through open terrain (loss of forest). The eastern incision of the old railway is now at least easier to see.

This is where the western incision in the main ridge of the Eggegebirge begins, through which the Paderborn - Kassel railway was once supposed to run. Today it is filled with water and very idyllic.

Alte Eisenbahn is the name of a ground monument (abandoned railway tunnel construction site from 1847) in the Eggegebirge in the border area of the cities of Lichtenau and Willebadessen in the districts of Paderborn and Höxter in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany).
