A completely different point is the problem of noise entering natural areas: driving noises/idling buzzing and speed scare wild animals away. As a Wilditer in the (formerly lonely) higher elevations of the Black Forest, I slowly no longer knew where I could retreat to. And so far, none of the e-bikers has been able to explain to me conclusively what riding on e-bikes and thus motorization is doing in nature. No offense, but please stay on the routes signposted for bikers and follow the rules. Thanks for your understanding!

A total of three new trails with a fun factor can be ridden on an approximately 13-kilometer loop around Schonach. The Bike Ranch Trail is a fun flow trail. It leads over North Shore elements (rock bridges and wave bridges made of wood) in a snake line down the mountain. The route is peppered with pumps, roulers and bends. The trail is nice and flowing and the northshore elements are wide enough for beginners. Unfortunately it is a bit short, but that is not necessarily the problem ... At the end of the path up to the right, after about 200m it goes right back to the start. If you just want to ride the bike ranch trail and arrive by car, it's best to park at the ski jump. The other two trails can unfortunately be saved.
