Not for beginners. I'd say S2-S3. We had fun. Yes, it's quite washed out, but anyone who knows how to pedal will manage. A lot was hidden by leaves... so be careful at this time of year! We'll be back again in the summer.

Beautiful shady paths

Probably the most famous trail between Beyenburg and Radevormwald. Starts off very flowing and becomes increasingly more challenging. Ends with a steep descent to the Wupper.

"The Kothener Busch is a wooded local recreation area in the city of Wuppertal. The forest area, which has been used as a recreation area since the 19th century, is located in the Unterbarmen district in the Kothen and Lichtenplatz residential areas. Due to a lot of fallen trees in the lower area, unfortunately still not passable again.

Was there for the first time and didn't find the trail so fragrant. Completely washed out, a lot of ruts, annoying to drive. However, the landscape is very beautiful.

At the very bottom, work has already begun on cutting up the fallen trees. Now there isn't just one trunk at a time, but several parts that you have to climb over. But maybe they will be gone soon and the steep part will continue. Let's just hope that no heavy equipment is used and the trail is preserved.
