Very worth seeing, you have to see it

This imposing wayside cross is practically at the top of the pass. Worth seeing and looking at, e.g. as part of a short break before departure.

Hiking car park and shelter with barbecue area.

There is a parking space directly at the cross that does not exist. Opposite at the bus stop there is a large space, which is not marked by a parking lot sign and is used for storing wood, so park during the week so that possible woodwork is not hindered. Pleasant climb of about 5km with some hairpin bends. A bit steeper towards the end. As a descent you can easily go to +80 km/h on the last straight

The Black Forest is (when the weather is dry) always worth a bike trip. The climbs are moderate and easy to manage even without motor support.

There are many places to rest and park at the Ibacherkreuz. There is also a bus stop. A good starting point for many beautiful snowshoe trails.
