Long and with lots of pauses, but fun in between 😁

Very nice trail from the MTB Murgtal association, length approx. 3 km, departure time approx. 10 min. Easy to Medium Difficulty. Always worth a trip, a lot of time and heart and soul was invested here. Thank you MTB Murgtal

A really nice ride, very flowy and not very technical at the beginning, but then there are some exciting and rocky sections. Overall, the trail should be rideable for everyone and is definitely worth a ride. Thanks to the trail builders!

Well-designed trail, nicely geared towards speed at the beginning :). The middle section is also manageable for beginners. A complete success 👍. Perhaps some trail signs could be added starting from the RV parking area. Unfortunately, I only found the trail sign shortly before starting.

The tandem ride was exciting. The trail is easy to ride except for 2 sections, provided the tandem team is technically experienced. With a wheelbase of 2m, the berms are a dance on the upper edge of the berm so that the long load comes around the "corners".

Opening of the newly constructed trail by the Murgtal MTB Club on April 22, 2023. The Steinedeck Trail runs for almost 3.1 km to the Obertsrot district of Gernsbach. Very varied and worthwhile. Not too complicated or technical. There are frequent small obstacles, berms, and other features along the way.

The descent begins about 100 meters from the Breitfelder Hut: over 3.2km and 350 meters down to the Obertsrot cemetery. The Steinedeck Trail is the first legal trail in the Murg Valley, built and maintained by MTB-Murgtal e.V.: https://www.mtb-murgtal.de
