Beautiful peak and a fantastic place to look at Oberammergau from above!

We hiked here from Garmisch Partenkirchen, a good 14 km there and back. The waterfalls are impressive. The power of the water, and there's no entrance fee. It's a highly recommended excursion :-)

The platform allows for a great view of the falls from above

The via ferrata is well secured with a steel cable. That doesn't make the ascent any less demanding, but it gave me a lot of confidence. Quite a steep ascent, although I found the beginning of the climb to be the most challenging, just a bit tricky going down.
