The section between the White Bridge (L96) and the Rabental junction is likely to be challenging for the average hiker, as it has been ploughed up by wild boar and fallow deer in places, and is heavily overgrown and bushy due to infrequent use. The trail also contains sections that can quickly become muddy and deep in wet weather. Those who don't mind all that might find it quite enjoyable. This section is part of the Bode-Selke Trail, which connects the Selke near Güntersberge with the Bode near Treseburg.

From Ilsestein onwards, the path is quite overgrown. From a quarter of the way along, things improve. There are no trees on the trail.

Not recommended, completely grown

The hiking trail is heavily overgrown and a very narrow path leads along here. Beware of ticks and please wear sturdy shoes 😉

A bit washed out over the years but not particularly difficult. Lots of hikers come here on weekends!

Super flowing line with lots of small and large jumps. It's great fun and the great thing is that you don't need a huge uphill to have fun.

Great trail but not really for beginners.

Not an easy route at the moment.
