이 하이킹은 정말 어렵습니다: -표시가 매우 불량함 -정확하지 않은 komoot 내비게이션 -길고 지속적인 오르막, 560m 고도 상승 -오르막길에서 자갈밭을 올라야 하는데, 제 경우에는 네 발로 기어야 했습니다 -내리막길은 자갈밭과 느슨한 슬레이트 위로 아주 길게 이어지며, 절벽 옆의 아주 좁은 길을 따라갑니다 -저희는 8시간이 걸렸습니다..(길을 좀 잃고 올바른 길을 다시 찾기 위해 돌아가야 했습니다) -팁: '돌무더기'를 찾으세요. 그러면 가끔 방향을 잡을 수 있습니다

Experiences from November 2025: Access to the river from both sides is blocked and clearly marked with prohibition signs! At the marked location, there is a narrow bridge without railings. There is no sign of the waterfall or the attractive wooden bridge with railings shown in the photos by "expert" Oliver! The circular routes indicated under this trail are therefore completely unusable if you adhere to the prohibitions and barriers! We had to turn back and, unfortunately, retrace our steps. Very frustrating!

Geodetic Vertex of Veleta Peak.

Climbing the Veleta is especially fun in winter, when the Sierra Nevada lives up to its name and is covered in snow. However, it is then necessary to wear either snowshoes or crampons.

The descent via the northern slope is only recommended to a limited extent. Due to a landslide/rockslide, the path has completely disappeared in places and you have to find your way through the terrain without a path for about 1km.

The Tajo de Cortés Waterfall is an impressive waterfall located in the Alpujarra Granadina, near the towns of Pitres and Pórtugos in Andalusia. Two routes that will take you to this beautiful waterfall: Sendero PR-A 29 from Pórtugos or the somewhat shorter Circular Route from Pitres.

The trail is pretty easy to find until you get to the waterfalls. To reach Laguna Hondera you must climb up beside the first waterfall. That is between the two waterfalls. There are cairns on the path but it’s quite easy to miss them amongst the other routes up there. It’s a beautiful location. We saw a few ibex but only 2 other hikers!
