Very rolling with varied landscapes perfect for mountain biking or gravel. Be careful, the military sometimes (often) block parts of the park for exercises. Lots of French tourists but as soon as you move away from the car parks there are a lot less people. In case of rain, the ground quickly becomes very sticky (clay) and unsuitable for cycling.

Travel only in dry weather. Stormy rain and sticky mud will block your bike and prevent you from moving forward. If it's raining or wet, don't go; if you do go, always ride on gravel. On dirt, only when it's completely dry.
