The Balcón de Pilatos is a unique observation post for birds of prey (accessible only on foot or by bike). Vultures, golden eagles, and Egyptian vultures are common in the Bardenas.

The Bardenas Reales Natural Park is a stunning semi-desert landscape located in Navarre, northern Spain. A touch of the Wild West so close to France. Clearly the nicest way to discover the place because otherwise it's 34km of track to do by car and it's a bit like Las Vegas. In September, there are few people, the track is wide and it's not a problem to share with cars: in any case it's 40km/h for them!

Small point of view on the small pond so it is forbidden to approach on foot to protect the environment.

I don't see much of a relationship between the two names... The site is cool, but the views are not the best around.

The Parque de las Bardenas reales offers kilometers and kilometers of tracks and trails that are a delight for any bike and nature lover. Some of the gravel tracks look like this, perfect for rolling and surrounded by a wonderful surreal landscape!
