시그투나‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪8‬개의 천연기념물

Arnöhuvud, a nature reserve in Uppsala County established in 1977 and managed by the County Administrative Board, encompasses the peninsula of Arnöhuvud on the northwest Skolandet, covering an area of 250 hectares, with 80.5 hectares on land.

Directly on the path, we pass through 2 big rocks. On the left, there is a small wooden area around the rock, with a table and benches. Really nice to enjoy the view on the lake. But don't forget to turn around: on the rock itself, is a gigantic rune. I almost missed it, as I was focused on the lake view.

I'm not sure if it was due to the high grass, but I didn't see much other than this sign post. Be extremely careful of Ticks in in the summer and long grass. I removed two crawling on my legs from the northern coastal approach!

Very nice observation tower with three levels. On the ground floor there is a picknick table. The lake is a nesting en resting site for thousands of birds, and around 200 different species are seen here every year (the local restaurant keeps track).

Very nice overview of the area from the tower, and with some luck a sea eagle or osprey passing by!
