업플랜즈 바스비‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪10‬개의 천연기념물

A small rocky hill in Hansta Nature Reserve named in honour of Astrid Lindgren, who helped protect the area. At the top you’ll find a simple stone marker with her name.

There are two walls made of piles of stones, delimiting a former viking settlement. There is an explanation sign (only swedish), and you can go through the walls to reach the view on the lake.

INFORMATION The Angarnssjöängen Nature Reserve is a nature reserve in the municipality of Vallentuna in Stockholm County. The area is a nature reserve since 1982 and covers 565 hectares. The reserve covers the Angarnssjöängen with their immediate wetlands, open terrain and a low altitude in the south. The reserve consists of arable land, deciduous and deciduous forest and coniferous forest with elements of deciduous trees. (Source: Wikipedia)

Beautiful place for a rest!

Very nice observation tower with three levels. On the ground floor there is a picknick table. The lake is a nesting en resting site for thousands of birds, and around 200 different species are seen here every year (the local restaurant keeps track).

Very nice overview of the area from the tower, and with some luck a sea eagle or osprey passing by!
