Beautiful rock gate made of red sandstone... From here the path continues up to the Rocher de Mutzig... it's best to come at off-peak times, then you have the rock to yourself...

Beautiful summit with a wonderful panoramic view... however, the way up is mostly pathless and difficult to find... currently the western descent is very overgrown with tall grass...

The summit of Narion requires you to branch off from the main path. But this little detour is doubly worth it. Firstly because it offers an admirable view of the southern Vosges and then because its summit rock is remarkable. If this isn't a perfect spot for a nap or a picnic, I don't know what is.
