The La Monne River winds through the Gorges de la Monne, offering a scenic hiking experience along its clear, rushing waters. You will be charmed by the gentle sound of the river flowing over rocks and small waterfalls, surrounded by lush vegetation. The trail takes you close to the water's edge, where you can enjoy peaceful spots to take a break or even to cool off on a hot day.

The Fohet Menhir, or Pierre-Longue lying menhir, is a 4.75m high menhir that has remained lying on the ground for a long time. Lying thus, it once served as a site for prayers during the passage of mortuary convoys. It was straightened on December 31, 1991 at midnight by geobiology specialists.

Lake Chambon owes its origin to a volcanic flow that obstructed the Couze Chambon. Beaches are set up on the northern and western parts of the lake but it is possible to go around it to enjoy the calm of nature on the southern banks.

This lake is of volcanic origin and is located in the town of Chambon-sur-Lac. Two beaches have been developed for swimming and water sports. A path allows you to go around it. Portions on stilts allow you to follow the shore of the lake passing through marshy areas. The circumference of the lake is 3.5 kilometers.
