If you are going for a day of tobogganing on the Heinzenberg, you should not miss a short break here for something to eat and drink. It is a few meters up the mountain from the lift, but the detour is worth it. From here, you can take a leisurely sled ride back down.

The Term Bel ski hut on the Dreibündenstein at around 2,000 meters is a great destination for hikers. The path from Domat/Ems to the hut is beautiful, and many also use the train via Feldis or Brambrüesch. The hut, built in 1945 and renovated in 2020, offers a cozy place to stop in the middle of the mountains. Operated by the Domat/Ems ski and snowboard club, it is perfect for a break. Alp Fops is always recommended as a stopover while skiing or snow hiking. The Fopser Brettl or the hearty soup of the day are very tasty and good in quantity. Plus the crusty bread, hmmm. The host is really friendly and sometimes sits down at the table. If there were 5 stars, this would be it from me.
