A tour that can be done with suitable shoes to descend the steep path. The boots are recommended for two who want to make beautiful POVs closer to the falls.

The lake was created in 1944 and feeds Lac de Vassivière through an underground aquaduct providing hydroelectric power. The site is classified as a Natura 2000 area as a natural area of ecological, faunal and floristic interest. This particular place is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the lake and the beach.

The Cascade des Jarrauds is a beautiful waterfall 15 meters high surrounded by greenery and nature. The region is known for being the first to provide remote electricity to the nearby town of Bourganeuf. Here you can learn all this in a museum.

The waterfalls stretch for just over 4 kilometers and are a great place to sit and reflect while listening to the deafening din of rushing water.

Lac de Lavaud Gelade with an area of 300 hectares. It is one of the largest in Creuse, just a few kilometers from Lac de Vassivière. It is classified Natura 2000, and retains a wild side. The calm is very appreciable there.

Peaceful place, to contemplate. Not so much room to stay there for a while unfortunately. Not accessible by bike. You can leave it a few steps above after a short push phase.
