Planted in 1899, this tree is the third of its kind in this location / This cherry tree, wrongly called "Black Cherry Tree", gave its name to a junction on Taennchel Road. Exceptional is the black cherry tree, best known for its location at the crossroads between Ribeauvillé and its castles, Thannenkirch and TAENNCHEL.
