At an altitude of 2,330 m and in the area of the Alto Pirineo Natural Park

The Estanys de Mascarida de Dalt are lakes of glacial origin that are located at an altitude of 2441m, at the head of the Vall de Cardós, in the Pallars Sobirà, to the NW. of the town of Tavascan, in the municipal term of Lladorre. Its basin is located between the Pic de la Coma del Forn (2683m), to the N., Campirme (2633m) to the S., and the Montforcado (2634m) to the W. It has an area of 0.42 hectares and a length of 105m. it receives the waters of the mountain and pours them into the Mascarida Lake. They are under the protection of the Alt Pirineu Natural Park.

Estany de Mascarida is a lake of glacial origin that is located at an altitude of 2319m, at the head of the Vall de Cardós, in the Pallars Sobirà, to the NW. of the town of Tavascan, in the municipal term of Lladorre. Its basin is located between the Pic de la Coma del Forn (2683m), to the NW, Campirme (2633m) to the S., and the Montforcado (2634m) to the W. It has an area of 2.04 hectares and a length of 205m. receives the waters of the Devil's Lake by the O. and the Estanys de Mascarida de Dalt to the NW. The discharge of its waters forms the Torrent of Mascarida. In its waters we can find the Pyrenean newt (Calotriton asper) which is an endemic species of the Pyrenees. It is under the protection of the Alt Pirineu Natural Park.

Els Tres Estanys is a lake complex made up of three lakes and two seasonal ponds, located at an altitude of 2,415 meters, within the Alt Pirineu Natural Park. The Tres Estanys themselves are the Estany Sord which is the northernmost, the Estany del Mig and another further south. They are surrounded by the Pic de Ventolau, the Pic de la Coma del Forn, the Pic dels Tres Estanys and the Pic de la Gola, and the Coll de Calberante, the Coll de Ventolau and the Collada de Tres Estanys. Estany Sord flows into Estany de la Gola, through the Calberante pass, while the rest flows into Estany de Ventolau. A corner that can still be enjoyed in complete tranquility, which is not very popular at the moment.

The Ventolau Peak is a mountain of 2,851 meters. It is located between the municipalities of Guingueta d'Àneu and Lladorre, in the region of Pallars Sobirà. It is part of the Mont-Roig massif, within the Alt Pirineu Natural Park. It is an exceptional viewpoint with extensive panoramic views from the nearby mountains of the High Pyrenees as well as the Maladeta massif, the Aran Valley and the Sant Maurici and Aigües Tortes National Park.
