Currently (November 2024) the mystical atmosphere is unfortunately not to be found due to the forest fires. Instead there are black tree trunks and fresh green needles. The path via los Organes, Casa del Agua is completely closed due to restoration. Be sure to inform yourself before hiking

Unfortunately the path is closed. We could see the organ pipes from a distance, although they were very blurry due to the fog. Nevertheless, the path there was very, very beautiful.

Absolutely worth seeing botanical garden. Unfortunately a bit small and very square/straight. Entry costs 3-4 €.

The route from bus stop El Velo to the top is definitely worth it, even partly in the clouds, unfortunately we had to break off the 2nd part of the loop. All paths are missing and this is really very dangerous... So top 1st part and ok if you take the same way back

It is one of the most popular and complete recreational areas in the north of Tenerife. A whole paradise located at 1000 meters of altitude. It has parking lots, a bar-restaurant, a children's playground, public toilets without showers, grills and tables. You will also find a camping area where you can stay for free as long as you ask for a prior permit.
