Alto de Las Pintas, also known as Peñas Pintas or Peña de Salamón, is one of the three peaks that form a spectacular limestone trident in the Montaña de Riaño y Mampodre Regional Park in León. It's a challenging but highly rewarding route for mountain hiking enthusiasts.

Nocedo Waterfall, also known as Cola de Caballo Waterfall, is one of the most accessible and spectacular natural spots in the Central León Mountains, located near Nocedo de Curueño, in the municipality of Valdepiélago. Approximately 4 meters high, it was formed by the Valdecésar stream as it negotiates a steep drop on its way to the Curueño River.

The milestones lead through uncomfortable terrain to the usual ascent path along the normal route of the mountain on the south face, from the town of Las Salas, marked with yellow paint on the rocks. The trail turns to the left and reaches the crest of the mountain, in a fantastic natural balcony of the Riaño Mountain, the fjords of the reservoir, the León peaks, the Picos de Europa and some peaks of the Palentina Mountain. The climb to the main summit of Las Pintas continues along the ridge towards the east, climbs a couple of simple climbs with a vertiginous atmosphere and culminates at the geodesic vertex. The descent returns along the same path, crosses the hill and continues along the rope towards the Pico del Medio (1,958 m), formed by two summits separated by a small gap. On the main summit there is a metal cross painted red.

At this point of the route of the Mines we find the Imponderable Mine and a spring. This mine was used to extract iron, as we can see in the color of the stones in the stream. The source has a high iron content, so it is not recommended to drink from it.

Also known as Cascada de Valdecesar or Cola de Caballo, it has become popular in recent times. Easily accessible if we park the car on the side of the road or if we are more adventurous, we can do the route from Valdorria through the Forest of Fairies or Támbore, where we must go carefully if we go in rainy or winter seasons due to to icy and/or slippery areas.
