The Hermitage of the Holy Christ of Bocairent is one of the most emblematic and spiritual places in the municipality, both for its history and its privileged location. Pou Clar is a beautiful natural site located near Bocairent, in the Albaida Valley. This place is known for its crystal-clear pools formed by the Clariano River. The pools have names such as "Pou dels Esclaus", "Pou Gelat" and "Pou dels Cavalls" Pou Clar is ideal for swimming and enjoying nature, especially in the summer months. This is where the Clariano river rises in the Sierra de l'Ombria and the natural pools have created a unique landscape. The geology of the area has created these round bodies of water over time and each has its own name. There are Pou dels Esclaus, Pou Clar, Pou Gelat, Pou de la Reixa, Pou Fosc and Pou dels Cavalls. In the winter months, the small car park by the bridge is open. From there, a staircase leads directly to the first pool.
