One question remains for me: Is the yoke called "Dreibrunnen" (Three Fountains) after the three wooden tubes that supply water to the trough? I assume the name is much older than the three tubes... and could perhaps come from three springs that emerge nearby? I haven't verified... but stopping here and enjoying the fresh water is always a pleasure!

The Passion Play House is located directly on Lake Thiersee. It seats almost 1,000 visitors and was built in 1926. The Passion Play takes place every six years.

Coming from the Pentlinghaus, you first come across a beautiful hut cross, which offers a fantastic view, but does not mark the summit ☝🏼😉 The actual summit cross follows a little later and is a little hidden between the trees!

The summit of the Köglhörndl at 1,645 meters. From here you have a wonderful view of the Inn Valley. This is a reward for the steep path up.
