여기 팁을 좀 읽었어야 했는데 lol. Santuario Basilica di Nostra Signora di Montallegro에서 오는 경우 올라가는 것은 쉽지만, 안개가 끼고 바람이 불고 젖어 있다면 다른 쪽으로 내려가는 것은 심장이 약한 사람에게는 적합하지 않다는 것을 경험으로 말씀드립니다. 거의 오줌 쌀 뻔했어요 lol. 건조하고 가벼운 배낭을 메고 있다면 아마 그렇게 무섭지 않을 것입니다. 몇 개의 무서운 체인 하강 구간을 마스터했다면 다행히 쉬운 길인 Chignero로 빠져나갈 수 있습니다.

Stretch traveled from Rapallo to Recco. Beautiful, nothing complicated, just be used to walking on paths slightly more complex than the simple beaten track. Fun and beautiful landscape. Recommended!
