The Dolmen Argentina presents a number of interesting features. Compared to the classic dolmen structures, here there is a fairly deep hole inside, which in some way recalls sacred wells. Outside, however, there is a mound of stones which probably served to cover the Dolmen in the past.

Grotte Verde is one of the many caves in Salento that is absolutely not to be missed. It is close to Marina di Andrano in the La Botte area and the cave is accessed following a rocky descent. To get to the cave you have to swim there and the reflection of the sun makes the walls and water green.

Reaching the caves is simple: at a certain point on the path you will find yourself at an intersection, where a sign indicates the narrow branches that deviate from the main path to reach the first cave. The path to get to the caves is steep and downhill, so it is better to lean on the wooden protections that accompany the path. At this point you will reach the entrance to the caves: huge and incredible natural cavities, made of friable and porous stone, which contain a piece of human history inside. In fact, there are many traces left by our ancestors, including pebbles with particular engravings and with an unknown meaning.

In Marina di Marittima there is the characteristic Acquaviva inlet, so called due to the presence of numerous springs of fresh spring water. The scenery you admire is almost wild.
