San Carlo와 Santa Cristina 교회들의 후진에 해당하는 piazza CLN에 세워진 기둥들은 20세기 30년대 via Roma 재건축을 계기로 제작되었습니다. 외부 장면 중 일부가 바로 piazza CLN에서 촬영된 "Profondo Rosso"의 여러 장면에 등장합니다.

It was decided that the statues, which play an important scenographic role, should represent the city's two major rivers, the Po and the Dora. Therefore, a competition was held, open to all young artists of the time, which resulted in the examination of 56 sketches. The winner was the sculptor Umberto Baglioni [Scalea 1893 - Turin 1965], who chose to represent the two waterways in the form of human figures: a bearded man and a strikingly shapely woman, both reclining on a marble base.

The Fontana del Po and the Fontana della Dora were built in 1936, along with Piazza CLN, in the center of Turin. They are located behind the churches of San Carlo Borromeo and Santa Cristina and depict the two rivers as monumental allegorical figures.

The Victory Lighthouse, also known as the Maddalena Lighthouse, is a colossal monument dedicated to the Winged Victory, located at the top of the Memorial Park near the Maddalena Hill. The optics of the lighthouse are located in the torch held in the hands of the imposing bronze statue, a work by the Turinese sculptor Edoardo Rubino.

A popular destination for locals and tourists alike, somewhat removed from the – sometimes hectic – hustle and bustle of the megalopolis of Turin, the "Colle della Maddalena" is the highest peak in the surrounding area at almost 700 meters. However, the mountain is crowned not by a summit cross or other small sacred monument, but by a female figure from Roman mythology: "VICTORIA," the goddess of victory.
