We did this trail this week. I wouldn't classify it as an S3. It's certainly steep, but not technically very demanding. I agree with the typical Italian stone path. It was still fun, though.

Official "red" trail descent. Forest paths and trails alternate. The technical difficulty is a maximum of S2. Over a distance of around 12km and 1,100 metres in altitude, there are beautiful panoramas and entertaining root and stone passages. Follow the signs for "710", although some signs are missing or misleading.

Brand new itinerary on well-maintained dirt roads that crosses the stretch of Val di Non halfway up the mountain between Passo Palade, in the province of Bolzano, and Mostizzolo, at the entrance to Val di Sole. A fantastic 57 km itinerary accessible to all to discover the natural and cultural wonders of the Val di Non which crosses the municipalities of: Senale San Felice, Castelfondo, Brez, Cloz, Romallo, Revò, Cagno, Rumo, Livo, Bresimo and Cis.

Don't miss the junction - the sign points in the other direction. But the little steep descent is worth it and it's fun.

The first part of the trail is really nice, the rest is a typical Italian wide rocky trail the whole way down. For say Enduro mtn bikers it's not at all a nice "single trail"

Through the forest and along centuries-old larches you drive down a fine singletrack to Mestriago.

In one direction downhill, in the other sliding section at its finest. I'm curious whether it's worth it!
