Frohburg의 시장 광장은 아름답게 복원된 파사드, Roten Hirsch, 웅장한 시청, 켄타우로스 분수가 있는 눈을 즐겁게 하는 곳입니다. 켄타우로스 분수는 1899년에 세워진 Frohburg 시장 광장 중앙에 있는 장식 분수입니다. 높이 1.06m의 이 구조물은 드레스덴의 조각가 August Hersig가 만들었으며, 그에게 위협을 가하는 린트부름(그리스 신화)과 싸우는 켄타우로스(반은 인간, 반은 말)를 묘사합니다. 이 분수는 단단한 청동으로 만들어졌으며, 제2차 세계 대전 중 군수품으로 녹여질 예정이었으나 개인이 구매하여 구할 수 있었습니다. 1953년 라이프치히의 한 정원에서 발견되어 Frohburg로 옮겨졌습니다. 1998년에 대대적인 보수를 받았습니다.

Unfortunately, this trail is no longer passable. The harvester has completely destroyed this beautiful path. Tons of trees have been felled and uprooted; the trail is no longer recognizable. (As of February 27, 2026)

Portal of Quiet Nature Enjoyment, in Grünfelder Park in Waldenburg. Information: Renaissance portal made of red sandstone, originally from Waldenburg Castle, which burned down in 1619. It bears an inscription from the park's founding: "To Quiet Nature Enjoyment." It was initially displayed as a ruin and received its current appearance after renovations in 1844.

Frohburg Castle and Castle Park. Information: A castle complex built around 1200. Expanded and renovated over time, it became a stately castle. Today it houses the city museum.

The path leading there—both up from the hollow and from the right—has been widened and smoothed. It's definitely not as wild as it once was.

Many paths lead across the Zwickauer Mulde... The numerous bridges in the region are as typical as the Zwickauer Mulde.
