This was once a forest road, but neglect, brambles, and rain damage have turned it more into a mountain bike trail than anything else. Now I recommend it as a fun, easy descent for mountain biking. It's fairly long, with a few jumps, fast, and still manageable.

MTB descent from Prelà Castello to Molini di Prelà, all on a well-maintained mule track but with frequent curves. Excellent for MTB, very fun, never too steep. Some difficult passages.

Firebreak of about 5km that from Monte Bignone descends towards Verezzo. Terrain mostly made up of slabs, stones and sand, with several steps. Some sections (about 3/5 of the route) are too demanding for a gravel stock (at least for me), you have to push, better to do it with a full mtb. Along the route it is possible to take various downhill routes. I recommend doing it downhill, but if you want it is also possible uphill.

in the area there are many MTB trails more or less difficult with jumps, but always with a chicken way. Go on sight without fear, they always lead somewhere :-)

Monte Faudo (1151 m) is a beautiful dome-shaped mountain that rises a short distance from the sea, overlooking the Ligurian Riviera.

Monte Faudo is easily doable both uphill and downhill with a gravel bike. I recommend going up from Dolcedo, or Civezza, arriving in both cases at S. Brigida, because it is less steep. The descent from the side of Monte Follia towards the Taggia valley is less clean, but this too is done with a gravel.

Monte Faudo can only be reached by mountain bike and advanced riding technique, it was a bit difficult with a gravel bike, but doable.

Spectacular view and not impossible climb, only the last stretch is a bit tough!!
