I confirm that the physical level is high. Very good cardio workout. Above all, don't leave too quickly. Requires basic technical skills: crossing a steep slope, rolling on roots, knowing how to read the trajectories. That said, excellent ground for progression. Possibility to ride by sector. Not recommended for beginners. This is by far not a flow trail.
