Located in Aigle, the Center Mondial du Cyclisme UCI (CMC) is a remarkable center for cycling enthusiasts and professional cyclists. The wooden velodrome has an impressive length of 200 meters and a width of 6.65 meters. The steep slope of 46.7 degrees makes it a challenging track for cyclists. The maximum speed that can be reached here is 80 km/h. The total surface of the velodrome is 1,700 m², and its volume is 200 m³. The entire structure weighs 120,000 kg.

The town is an excellent starting point for a bike ride or for a coffee and croissant break. It also has a fantastic bike park, with acres of diverse and interesting trails, making it an excellent starting point for daring alpine outings.
