You can start from the village of Semsales and follow the yellow signs to the chapel of Notre-Dame du Niremont, then continue to the large chalet des Alpettes, where you can admire the traditional wooden roof. From there, you can climb to the cross and the highest point of the Alpettes (1413 m), and enjoy the panorama of the Moléson, the Teysachaux and the Niremont.

Beautiful viewpoint at the highest point of the mountain. During the walk there you will not encounter any water fountains. It is important to bring enough water with you. There is a restaurant on the mountain if necessary.

A special feature of the Les Tenasses bog is its many carnivorous plants. It's well worth a visit and you can keep your feet dry on the beautifully laid-out boardwalk.

Very popular summit as it is easily accessible via the funicular to Plan-Francey and from there by cable car to Moléson. From the mountain station, the summit is only about 200m away with a good 30 meters in altitude. Most of the time there are many people on the mountain. A little further away from the mountain station you have peace and quiet again.
