Wonderful panoramic trail! The uphill section is doable by bio bike, meaning there's less traffic from hikers since it's not much faster. Going downhill, there would have been too many hikers for me.

Easy trail along the river, a very pleasant alternative to the road.

Station 🚞, parking 🅿️ free in summer, bike wash station, toilets 🚾, drinking fountain 🚰, games (chess, mills, pétanque) and Gryon Parc for children (minigolf, car, train, etc.): the point of ideal starting point for mountain bike tours in the region. 2 minutes from the gondola 🚡.

The first part is the wildest and most impressive of the three. It requires a minimum of technique and courage. Emergency exits possible at intersections. Turn right there to join the road.

Descent in four segments on the right bank of the Courset. ⚠️ CAUTION at intersections.

Fluid with passages in rock & root garden. I really liked the ending in the meadows.
