Lake Rio Secco S. Antonio is located along the Via Salaria at km 56, in the Rio Secco S. Antonio district of Poggio San Lorenzo (Rieti). It is a complex of artificial lakes used primarily for sport fishing, divided into two main basins: the "Trout Arena" (small lake) and the "Trout Stadium" (large lake). They are flanked by a training pool for fishing. The area is also known for hosting major fishing events such as trout competitions and fishing shows. Furthermore, the lake's location is characterized by its proximity to a rock face, typical of the mountainous and hilly environment of Poggio San Lorenzo, making it particularly picturesque and suitable as a recreational area immersed in nature.
