From here you have a great view down to Avrig and the Alt.

Ascent coming from the east was not so easy to drive, had to push a good bit. But was rewarded with a magnificent view.

There is also a path around the summit, but it's worth the climb. The view is fantastic.

Fantastic view from up here. The way there is very rocky/rocky, so I had to push most of the time, but for an experienced driver it can be a great challenge. But I can well imagine the luggage being more of a hindrance.

Vf. Suru, 2283 m, is just north of the marked ridge route but is not difficult to reach and definitely worth a visit.

Good starting point for a hike to Parangul Mare (one of the highest mountains in Romania) or the surrounding peaks and Lacul Galcescu.
