The Berghaus Rossweid in Sörenberg is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the beautiful Entlebuch region! 🚶‍♂️🚴‍♀️ 🚠 Getting there: The Berghaus Rossweid can be easily reached by gondola from Sörenberg. The ride offers impressive views of the surrounding mountains even before you arrive. 🚶‍♂️ Hikes: From Rossweid there are numerous hiking trails for all levels of difficulty. A popular route is the moorland trail, which leads through the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve and offers unique insights into the flora and fauna of the region. For ambitious hikers there are more challenging routes to the Brienzer Rothorn. 🏞️🌲 🚴‍♀️ Mountain biking: Rossweid is also a paradise for mountain bikers. There are various trails suitable for both beginners and advanced riders. The routes offer wonderful views and exciting descents. 🚵‍♂️

Large mountain inn with overnight accommodation; mountain station of the gondola from Sörenberg; large children's adventure playground (Mooraculum) with many educational games and exercises on the topic of moors; starting point for the "Great Moor Circular Trail" and the "Sonnentau Trail"; recommended hikes: via Blattenegg up to the mountain ridge in the south and along this to the Brienzer Rothorn (fantastic views!); on the northern part of the Great Moor Circular Trail via Salwide and Salwidili to Kemmeriboden-Bad.
