The Granatium exhibition concludes with a short visit to the mine tunnel. The temperature here is a constant 6°C. With the Carinthia Card, you receive a 10% discount on the entrance fee. After the tunnel, you can explore the outside area yourself, using the provided ice pick and safety goggles.

Markus-Stollen Viewpoint · Villach - Faaker See - Ossiacher See · 1,060 m The "Markus-Stollen" is a 400-year-old tunnel that is located directly on hiking trail 15 along a 1.5-hour circular hiking trail that starts at the spa center. A viewpoint for sunbathing and relaxing is located directly in front of the tunnel and offers a wonderful view of the Dobratsch, the Bleiberger Valley and partly of the Karawanks.

The spring in the grotto is also called the eye spring and the spring water is said not only to help with eye problems, but above all with diseases of the internal organs.

Beautiful view of the Dobratsch. There are sun loungers in good condition (02/2022) and you can also relax there in winter (when there isn't too much snow). Thermal pads for the loungers are available in a metal box on the St. Mark's Gallery. The tunnel is not open to the public.
