The Geneva Wilderness Area is a diverse area with prairies, wetlands, and forest ecosystems spread throughout its 180-acre property. The trails on the property circle around a few different lakes and offer a lot of solitude in the woods. This has been named as a great spot for bird watching.

The Observation Trail at Lake Jesup creates a loop through a marshy wetland area. The trail also passes by a popular birding observation platform at the northern end of the trail.

This wetland area is fed by both Carr Creek and Lake Jesup. This is a great place for spotting different plant and bird species, and a nature trail lets you explore the place in solitude.

Wet-to-Dry Trail is a short and easy loop that showcases the diverse habitats of Wekiwa Springs State Park. Starting from the main trailhead, follow the boardwalk through the shady hydric hammock along the spring outflow. Then ascend to the sandy uplands where you can enjoy views of the forest and the lake. This trail is ideal for a quick nature walk or a family outing.

The Osprey Trail is a side trail of the long-distance Florida Trail. It leads from the Spring Hammock Preserve to the scenic Question Pond.
